The meter opening fee for taxis increased by 40 percent from 30 lira to 42, the yellow taxi transportation fee increased from 20 lira to 28 per kilometer with a 40 percent increase, and the yellow taxi time fee increased from 235 lira to 350 per kilometer with a 48.9 percent increase.
