The legal rules concerning the taxi driver are Law No. 5362, Decisions of the Council of Ministers (Official Gazette: 19096), Highway Traffic Law No. 2918. The taxi driver's file contains the following documents since the vehicle purchase: Invoices, technical documents, Traffic Branch Registration Registration Office form (three of these forms are issued, one remains at the branch, the others go to the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Finance), license plate certificate, license certificate, work certificate, vehicle identification card, commercial vehicle driving license, driver's license, insurance policy (mandatory liability insurance).
It is not possible to drive a taxi without a license and SRC certificate.
